What is the meaning of "Alah Mefitz Al Panayich Natzor Metzurah"?

1.

Rashi: The Mefitz 1 who came against you to Eretz Yehudah in the days of Chizkiyah... (refer to 2:2:2:1).

1

Radak: This is Sancheriv, who was Mefitz (scattered) your children in Galus. Malbim - it is Melech Ashur, who was Mefitz or intended to be Mefitz Yisrael in Galus.

2)

What do we learn from "Natzor Metzurah"?

1.

Rashi: The Mefitz, now he is besieged. Nebuchadnetzar Melech Bavel besieged him.

2.

Radak: The strong and fortified cities that Melech Ashur seized and destroyed, guard them! Do not leave them Hefker. Return to live in them, and do not fear Melech Ashur any more. Metzurah is strength, like "va'Yiven Arei Metzurah bi'Yhudah" (Divrei ha'Yamim II, 14:5).

3.

Malbim: His generals besieged him, and he was in the siege.

3)

Why does it say "Tzape Derech"?

1.

Rashi: Ish Yehudah, look on the crossroads and see if they are going to besiege it, and your camp will be strengthened greatly.

2.

Radak: Look at the road on which he was coming - you will not see him again. Natzor, Tzape, Chazak and Ametz are Makor (like a gerund).

3.

Malbim: Look to the road to hear tidings of his fall

4)

What do we learn from "Chazak Masnayim Ametz Ko'ach Me'od"?

1.

Radak: Strengthen your loins and invigorate yourselves, for you will not fear him again. Strengthen yourselves with a good heart and trust in Hashem. The same applies to "Ish Da'as Me'ametz Ko'ach" (Mishlei 24:5).
