What is "[Chamas] Levanon"?
Rashi citing Targum Yonasan: The Beis ha'Mikdash.
Radak: The theft that you did to Levanon, i.e. Eretz Yisrael ? "ha'Har ha'Tov ha'Zeh veha'Levanon" (Devarim 3:25)
Malbim: The profaning of the Kelim of the Beis ha'Mikdash.
Why does it say "Yechaseka"?
Radak: It will cover you and make you perish, to the point that you will not be seen.
Radak citing the grammarian R. Yonah: The verse addresses Melech Bavel. The theft that you did to Levanon (Eretz Yisrael), it will cover you, i.e. the evil that you did will return on your head.
Malbim: [Your profaning of Klei Beis ha'Mikdash] will cover you in shame.
What is the meaning of "v'Shod Behemos Yechisan"?
Rashi: The plunder of your animals and people, who plundered My nation Yisrael, it will break you.
Radak: Also the plunder that you did to those who dwell in [Eretz Yisrael], it will cover you. Since Eretz Yisrael was compared to Levanon, its residents are compared to Chayos, which normally dwell in Levanon (a tree forest) ? "u'Levanon Ein Dei Ba'er v'Chayaso Ein Dei Olah" (Yeshayah 40:16). This refers to their blood, which you spilled, like it explains after this "mi'Demei Adam."
Radak citing R. Yonah: We find that the plunder that animals do when they tear greatly many days, in the end it returns to them at once - many people gather against them and kill them. So you ? all the theft that you did for many years, it will return upon you at once. The root of Yechisan is Techas; the Yud is in place of the double 1 . Or, the root is Chis. They are two roots with the same meaning.
Malbim: Because the Beis ha'Mikdash was called Levanon, the verse depicts it like Ya'ar ha'Levanon, as if that forest sent vicious Chayos in it and plundering Behemos of Levanon will break a city and all its residents ? they tore the city of Bavel and its residents. Also Yirmeyahu depicted Bavel's fall like this ? "Hine k'Arye Ya'aleh mi'G'on ha'Yarden El Neve Eisan" (49:19). He depicts the army of Paras and Madai like lions that came from Eretz Yisrael and Ge'on ha'Yarden to take vengeance for Eretz Yisrael. It depicts Bavel as flocks; the following verse says "Im Lo Yischavumm Tze'irei ha'Tzon." It mentions Behemos to hint to the Behemos in the metaphorical Levanon (Beis ha'Mikdash), i.e. the Korbanos offered there. Their blood was put in Kelim, which were defiled now. It is as if these animals were aroused and brought destruction to Bavel.
The other Tov of the root. (PF)
What is the significance of "mi'Demei Adam"?
Rashi: Theft of blood of Yisrael (refer to 2:17:3:1).
Malbim: This evil came to you due to much blood that you spilled and theft that you did in the land.
What is "Chamas Eretz"?
Rashi, Targum Yonasan: [Theft of] Eretz Yisrael.
Radak: it is destruction of the cities, houses, fruit trees and other matters.
Does this refer to any city?
Rashi: It is Yerushalayim.
Malbim: It is Bavel (refer to 2:8:5:3*).
