What is the significance of being in "Heichal Kodsho"?
Rashi: He is prepared to exact payment.
Radak: He is unlike idols ? He gives Ru'ach to all flesh, even though He is in Heichal Kodsho in Shamayim.
Malbim: You disgraced Him and profaned the Kelim of Heichal Kodsho, He is still in Heichal Kodsho (the Beis ha'Mikdash) and he punished those who profaned the Kelim.
What is the meaning of "Hass mi'Panav Kol ha'Aretz"?
Rashi: "Hass" is an expression of silence of destruction.
Radak: All residents of the land should fear Him, for He supervises over them and sees all their deeds ? "mi'Shamayim Hibit Hashem Ra'ah Es Kol Bnei ha'Adam" (Tehilim 33:13).
Malbim: Via this (silence), all will recognize His honor and fear Him ? "Ki Timalei ha'Aretz Lada'as Es Kevod Hashem" (14).
