Ibn Ezra: All Chochmah and Gevurah is only His. All creations above and below are like Mikreh 1 ; they are from Him.

Malbim: Chochmah and ability are not additional characteristics of Him. Rather, He Himself is Chochmah and Gevurah. All Chochmah and Gevurah are influence from Him.
