Why did he call him "Ben Ishah"?
'Rashi': His mother was a widow.
Why did he say "Min Benos Dan"?
'Rashi': His mother was from Shevet Dan.
What is "Ish Tzuri"?
'Rashi': He was a Yisrael living in Tzor. This is like "Oved Edom ha'Giti" (Shmuel II, 6:10). He was a Levi (Divrei ha'Yamim I, 15:18; he is called Giti, for) he lived in Gas.
Who knew how to work with gold, silver??
Radak: This craftsman, and also his father.
Malbim: This craftsman's father, but not his son.
Here it says that his mother was from Dan, and his father was Ish Tzuri. In Melachim I, 7:14 it says that he was from Shevet Naftoli!
'Rashi': His father was from Naftoli (refer to 2:13:3:1), and his mother was from Dan.
R. Gershom (Erchin 16b): His father was from Naftoli, and his father's mother was from Dan.
Malbim: Initially, Melech Chiram sent the father of this craftsman (also his name was Chiram). His mother was from Dan, and his father lived in Tzor. He worked with gold and silver. After seven years he died, and Shlomo sent for his son to come [to build his house]; the son knew only to work with copper. The son's mother was a widow from Shevet Naftoli. She was a widow, for his father (her husband) had died.
Why does it mention that his mother was from Dan, and [in Melachim I, 7:14] his father was from Naftoli?
Refer to Melachim I, 7:14:8:1,2.
