Rashi: Arrows that the bow shoots will pass through his body to the other side. Ibn Ezra #2 - this is like "v'Chalfah Rakaso."

Rashi #2: "Tachlefehu" is like Tachalifehu.

Ibn Ezra #1: This is like "Kalil Yachalof" (they will pass, i.e. cease).

Malbim: Hashem's arrows will catch him. He shoots at him from above.
