Radak: The Bavliyim will fight you from outside, and I will fight you with Dever Gadol (verse 6); I will strike you and your animals.
2.
Malbim: After there is sword and hunger, I will fight you with "Yad Netuyah" (plague) and "Zero'a Chazakah" (sword). It will be with great anger.
