Why does the Torah add the word "O" in connection with "Shever Regel" and Shever Yad"?

1.

B'choros, 48a: "O" in connection with "Shever Regel" 1 includes a. where the Kohen is bandy-legged and his ankles knock against each other; b. where his legs are shaped in such a way that, when he places his ankles together, he cannot place his knees together, 2 whereas "O" in connection with "Shever Yad" includes two toes that have grown together or that are joined only up to the middle joint.

1

The Sifra learns the current D'rashos from the word "Ish". Torah Temimah.
