Why does it say "v'Al Levushi Yapilu Goral"?

Rashi: They plunder my property.

Radak: They will take our money and handiwork. Even our garments they will divide and take and cast a lottery on them (to decide the portions of the soldiers).

Malbim: Even though they already began to plunder me, to the point that they divide my garments, and also Levushi (my special royal clothing, or a special esteemed clothing), they cast a lottery on it, however, they cannot harm my body (refer to 22:20:1:2).
