What is the meaning of "Tevusas"?
1.
'Rashi': It is a mixture. This is like "Misboseses b'Damayich" (Yechezkel 16:6).

Radak: It is confusion. This is like "Mehumah u'Mevusah" (Yeshayah 22:5). I.e. Hashem brought confusion on Achazyahu so he would go to Yehoram and fall with him. Malbim ? Hashem arranged that he fall with Beis Achav, for his mother was from Beis Achav.
