Why did he say that Hashem makes his feet like [those of] female gazelles?
Rashi (Tehilim 18:34): A female's feet stand straighter than a male's.
Why is it written Raglav, and we pronounce it Raglai?
Radak (33): It is a metaphor for His help. David calls his legs Hashem's legs, like (Yo'el 4:11) "Shamah Hanchas Hashem Giborecha 1 ."
Alshich (Yo'el 4:11): Yisrael are called Hashem's Giborim.
Did he run, or stand still?
Radak (Tehilim 18:34): If I needed to flee, Hashem made my legs like those of gazelles, and my enemies did not catch me.
Malbim (Tehilim 18:34): Even though Hashem gives to me the swiftness of a gazelle, I stand in my place and do not pursue anyone.
