What is the meaning of "Lo Patar"?

1.

'Rashi', Radak: Usually, the leaving Mishmar goes home. Yehoyada did not let them go home. Rather, they must stay to guard the king. 'Rashi' ? this is like "ba'Leshachos Peturim" ? they are called so because they are exempt from all work; they need only to guard the Azaros.
