What is the screaming over wine?

Radak #1: In the markets, they scream 'one who has wine to sell - come and sell!' The screamers are passersby, or the few who remained in the city.

Radak #2: They will screaming and wail about wine, that they lack it.

Malbim: The exiles stand outside and scream bitterly while holding cups of wine. At a time of mourning, they lamented and screamed over wine.

What is the meaning of "Arvah"?

1.

Rashi: It darkened. Radak - Simchah is with wine - "v'Yayin Yismach Levav Enosh" (Tehilim 104:15). Simchah is light, the opposite of darkness.

Malbim: Simchah is of the heart. It is compared to light that illuminates the Nefesh. Via the light of Simchah one attains Mesos - dancing and feasting (actions that show Simchah).

What is "Mesos ha'Aretz"?

1.

Rashi: It is Yerushalayim.

2.

Radak: The Simchah of the land [departed].

3.

Malbim: It is the sound of Simchah and feasting in the land, for all will be exiled.
