What is the meaning of "ba'Sadeh Belilo Yiktzoru"?
Rashi: They harvest the produce of others' fields, to steal it.
Malbim: The Rasha's workers harvest his field and vineyard.
Why did he add "v'Cherem Rasha Yelakeshu"?
Rashi: The Rasha takes the fruits of others' vineyards. Lekesh is the sprouting of the produce - Yonason translated "bi'Schilas Alos ha'Lekesh" Tzimu'ach. In the Hoshana 'Adamah me'Erer', it says Lekesh me'Arbeh.
Hagahah in Rashi: They leave a Rasha's vineyard for a long time, and do not destroy it; they eat [only] from orphans and widows. Yelakeshu is like "u'Fihem Pa'aru l'Malkosh" - a long time. The Targum of "ha'Atufim l'Lavan" is la'Keshaya.
Ibn Ezra: Yelakeshu is cutting off the Lekesh (produce), just like "Mesa'ef Purah" is cutting off the Sa'if (branch).
Malbim: Refer to 24:6:1:2.
