Why did they come specifically against Yehudah?
'Rashi': Their sin was worse than that of the other Shevatim. They abandoned "Beis Hashem Elokei Avoseihem" (verse 18).
Melachim II, 12:19 says that Yo'ash gave to Melech Aram all the gold in Otzeros Beis Hashem so he would not attack Yerushalayim, and he turned away!
Malbim: Zecharyah rebuked them, that they will not succeed, for they abandoned Hashem. They killed him, and the next year troops of Aram came by themselves without their king, and killed all the Sarim.
Why did they kill all the Sarim?
'Rashi': This was their punishment for bowing to Yo'ash and causing him to sin (refer to 24:2:1:1).
