Here it says that that his other matters "ha'Rishonim veha'Acharonim Hinam Kesuvim Al Sefer Malchei Yehudah v'Yisrael." In Melachim II, 14:18 it says only "Yeser Divrei..." and "Sefer Divrei ha'Yamim l'Malchei Yehudah"!

Malbim: Ezra added that his latter matters are written in Sefer Malchei Yisrael, for from then he was submissive to Malchei Yisrael, like it says at the beginning of Hoshe'a, and there it writes what happened to him.
