What is "bi'Ydeihem"?

Radak #1: [Evil acts done] with their hands [e.g. murder, hitting and taking bribes].

Radak #2: In their jurisdiction, like "va'Yikach Es Kol Artzo mi'Yado" (Bamidbar 21:26). In their possession is money gathered via theft and sin.

Malbim: It is a metaphor. With their left hand [they do abominations like Zimri, "and their right hand is full of bribes", i.e. they do good deeds openly and expect to be judged like Tzadikim and receive reward like Pinchas.

What is "Zimah"?

Rashi: Every Zimah in Tanach it is an expression of thought; it can be good or bad.

Radak: It is abomination and an evil act, like "Zimah Asu" (Hoshe'a 6:9), e.g. murder and hitting, which they do with their hands.

Alshich: It is Zenus.

What bribes are their hands full of?

1.

Radak: This is understood simply.

2.

Alshich: When a case of Zenus arises, they take bribes to cover it up.
