Why did they rush him out?

Malbim: A Metzora is Metamei [what is under the same roof as himself] via entering. They had not yet declared him Tamei, but they were obligated not to delay, so they rushed him out. Also he sensed 1 that Hashem struck him via Hashgachah.

The verse does not record that they told him that he has Tzara'as. Perhaps he saw the reflection of his forehead on the gold Mizbe'ach or his incense pan. Or, he felt that his forehead was stricken. (PF)
