Why does the Torah insert the word "Eileh" exclusively by Efrayim (here) and by Dan (in Pasuk 42)?

R. Bachye (on Pasuk 12) and Ba'al ha'Turim: To hint at the Avodah-Zarah 1 associated with these tribes. Yerav'am ben Nevat, who descended from Efrayim, set up two calves, and one was in the portion of Dan. 2

Riva (on Pasuk 36): Because Pesel Michah was in their portion, and we find that Eileh alludes to idolatry - "Eileh Elohecha Yisrael" (Sh?mos 32:4).

R. Bachye: And by the same token, the first son of both tribes - Shuselach and Shucham ? begin with a ?Shiyn?, a. to hint at ?Shor? (the ox that the worshipped b. because the letter Shiyn? denotes Midas ha?Din, as stated in Seifer ha?Yetzirah, to teach us that their sin was forgiven.
