Ramban: "li'Sehilah" - 'The nations will praise you because you have a G-d who is close to you whenever you call out to Him; "le'Sheim" - 'You have a good name among the nations, due to His Glory that He placed upon you; "u'le'Sif'eres" - 'You can boast that you are able to do to them whatever you wish; you decree and Hashem carries out. 1

Ramban #2 (according to Kabalah): It means that the G-d of Yisrael is your praise; His Great Name is your G-d and that is your glory - as the Pasuk states in Tehilim, 89:18 "For you are the glory of His Might" - "The glory of Yisrael" - Eichah, 2:1. 2
