Malbim: No. Your Chachmah is only in trade. Via this, you increased your wealth. It is not Chachmah ? it is swindling, forgery and overcharging 1 . Via trade others' money came to you. Every peddler knows this! How did you get haughty about your wealth? It is no proof of any Divine influence!

Surely traders can profit honestly. Some items are more expensive in certain place due to cost and toil of bringing it from where it is cheap! Zevulun was blessed in his trading (Devarim 33:18 and Rashi there)! Tzor increased its wealth more via ruses. (PF)
