Which Chochmah is discussed?

What do we learn from "veha'Chochmah me'Ayin Timatzei"?
Sotah 21b: Torah endures only in one who makes himself like Ayin (nothing).
Ibn Ezra (42:17): We cannot explain why some Resha'im and Tzadikim are afflicted, and others prosper all their days. Man cannot know the reason for His decrees. Perhaps He decreed afflictions on me, even though I did not sin!
Malbim: Chochmah is the dearest matter in the world. We do not know via which strategy it is found and revealed, nor where it is found.
Why does it say "v'Ei Zeh Mekom Binah"?
Malbim: Chochmah is found with Hashem. It is not attained via investigation or contemplation; it is only received from Hashem, just we do not know how to find it. Binah is rooted in man's intellect. He understands a matter amidst a matter via comparisons and proofs. We know from where it comes, but we do not know its place, i.e. its foundation and root, from which we build.
