Why did Tehom say "Lo Vi Hi"?
Rashi: If you will ask those who descend to the Tehom to find gems, gold and silver, they will say 'I do not have Chochmah.'

Ibn Ezra: Why can a person not know Torah? If he would descend to the Tehom, he would not find it. Malbim - this is unlike precious metals, which are found there.
What do we learn from "v'Yam Amar Ein Imadi"?
Rashi: If you will ask seafarers, they will say 'I do not have Chochmah', for one cannot buy it with money, like other merchandise.
Rashi, from Shabbos 89a: After Matan Torah, the Satan asked Hashem where is Torah... the Satan asked the depth - "Tehom Omer Lo Vi ." He asked the sea - "Ein Imadi."
Ibn Ezra: If one would descend to the depth of the sea, he would not find it.
