What do we learn from "v'Yam Amar Ein Imadi"?

Rashi: If you will ask seafarers, they will say 'I do not have Chochmah', for one cannot buy it with money, like other merchandise.

Rashi, from Shabbos 89a: After Matan Torah, the Satan asked Hashem where is Torah... the Satan asked the depth - "Tehom Omer Lo Vi ." He asked the sea - "Ein Imadi."

Ibn Ezra: If one would descend to the depth of the sea, he would not find it.
