Why is the word "Olah" on Shavu'os spelt Malei (with a 'Vav') whereas on all the other Yamim-Tovim it is Chaser?

1.

Ba'al ha'Turim: It is a hint that the Torah was given on the sixth of Sivan. 1

And not on the seventh, like R. Yossi. Refer to Shemos, 19:15:1:1*.

2)

Why does the Torah not insert 'mi'Levad ha'Olah ha'Ba im ha'Lechem' (similar to "mi'Levad Olas ha'Chodesh" (29:6) on Rosh Hashanah)?

1.

Ramban: Since the two sets of Korbanos are different, 1 it is obvious that they are not the same, and it is not necessary to mention it. 2

2.

Da'as Zekenim (in Pasuk 25), Hadar Zekenim (on 29:2), Riva (in 29:6): Because it is included in "be'Hakrivchem Minchah" in Pasuk 26.

2

Ramban: And it is for the same reason that the Torah does not mention the Chatas that is brought together with the Two Loaves, since it obvious that it too, is not synonymous with the Chatas that is brought here independently. However, one might have thought that Olas Rosh Hashanah is in place of Olas Rosh Chodesh.
