What is the meaning of "Hineni Alecha"?

Why is he called "ha'Tanim ha'Gadol"?
Rashi: The entire grandeur of Egypt, and its satiation, is via the Nile river. Therefore, the king is depicted as a Tanim 1 , and its nation as fish of the river.
Radak: The Nile gives to them to drink; they do not need rain. Therefore, they are haughty about it. The verse depicts Egypt as a river, and Pharaoh the king is a great Tanim. Tanim is the great fish ? "va'Yivra Elokim Es ha'Taninim ha'Gedolim" (Bereishis 1:21). The nation of Egypt is compared to other fish ? "Degas Ye'orecha" (4).
Radak: He is like a great Tanim that dwells in rivers.
Malbim: The Egyptians believed that the Nile river is Kadosh, and the great Taninim in it have divinity 2 . There is one Tanim bigger than all the others; it created itself and the river. Pharaoh is compared to it for his strength; he has in his land the strength of the Tanim in the river.
Metzudas Tziyon: It is a kind of fish that resembles a snake. The same applies to "ha'Taninim ha'Gedolim" (Bereishis 1:21).
Michtav me'Eliyahu (5, p.464): The beginning of idolatry was a desire to honor Hashem's Sheluchim. In the end, they thought to get the causes for their benefit ? they served the Sheluchim themselves. The Egyptians worshipped flocks, because they became rich from them.
What do we learn from "ha'Rovetz b'Soch Ye'orav"?
Radak: Nothing scares him.
Malbim: All the rivers and what is in them belongs to Pharaoh.
Why does he say "Li Ye'ori"?
Rashi: I do not need upper beings ? I have my river. It suffices for all my needs!
Radak: It waters me and my nation. In most years there is satiation. I do not need rain, nor to go to other lands for grain.
Malbim: He boasts to say that he created the river, and also himself with the river on which the happiness of Egypt depends.
What is the meaning of "va'Ani Asisini"?
Rashi: I increased my grandeur and authority via my strength and Chachmah. Radak ? this is like "Asher Asah Es Moshe v'Es Aharon" (Shmuel I, 12:6) ? He aggrandized them.
Radak: I made and fixed the river to water my land.
