What is the meaning of "Tikvah li'Chsil Mimenu"?
1.
Rashi: There is more hope for a Kesil than for him.
2.
Malbim: A Kesil knows the laws of Chachmah, just desire brings him to veer from them. There is hope for him, if his desire will depart - then he will see what he made crooked. His matters are essentially in order, and he knows the Emes. There is no hope for Atz bi'Dvarav (refer to 29:20:1:2).
