Who was Yechi'el?

'Rashi': He was appointed over the storehouses, like it says above (26:22) "Bnei Yechi'eli 1 ... Al Otzros Beis Hashem."

There it says that his sons were appointed over them! Perhaps each son was appointed over one storehouse, and Yechi'el was appointed over all of them. (PF)
