What is the significance of calling Yerushalayim "Kisei Hashem"?
Radak: We need not say that Goyim will not come to Yerushalayim for war. Rather, they will call it "Kisei Hashem", and all nations will gather l'Shem Hashem to serve Him.
Malbim: Now, Hashem prepared His throne in Shamayim. His kingship and conduct are seen in Shamayim that He conducts everything according to natural law. Then, His kingship and conduct will be seen in Yerushalayim, via miraculous conducts above nature. It will seem that there (in Yerushalayim) He dwells, conducts, oversees and rules.
What is "v'Nikvu"?
Rashi: Will be gathered. This is like "Mikveh Mayim" (Vayikra 11:36).
Why does it say "li'Yrushalayim" after it said "Eleha"?
Radak: One will say to another 'let us come to Yerushalayim.'
Malbim: Nations will not gather for war, or to eat the fruits. Rather, they will gather l'Shem Hashem, due to the esteem of the city.
What is "Sherirus"?
Rashi: It is an expression of vision, like "Ashurenu" (Bamidbar 23:9).
Radak: It is the strength 1 of the evil inclination of the heart. Both Yisrael and the nations will not follow it! Malbim - rather, they will recognize Malchus Hashem, His unity, ways and Torah.
Radak: This is like "Sharir v'Kayam' (Bava Basra 109b) (established and lasting - PF).
