What is "bi'Drachai Telech"?

1.

Malbim: You will conduct with Hashem's Midos, like Chazal said 'just like He is Chanun v'Rachum, you should be 1 .'

1

Shabbos 133b expounds this from "v'Anvehu" (Shemos 15:2) ? resemble Him! (PF)

2)

What is "Es Mishmarti Sishmor"?

1.

Malbim: This is guarding Toras Hashem and His Mitzvos.

3)

How should he judge Hashem's house?

1.

Rashi: He will be appointed over the Mikdash.

2.

Radak: The other Kohanim do according to the Kohen Gadol.

3.

Malbim: He will oversee the Avodah and Korbanos.

4)

How will he guard His Chatzeros?

1.

Malbim: He will supervise Mishmeres ha'Bayis in all its details.

What paths will He give to him?

1.

Rashi citing Targum Yonasan: I will 1 revive you with [the others in] Techiyas ha'Mesim, and give to you legs to walk between these Serafim (angels). Radak ? this hints to the Neshamah, when it separates from the body.

Malbim: Nowadays, Kohanim are people who dwell in physical bodies, at a lower level than angels. In the future, Kohanim descended from you will serve in Bayis Shelishi ? they will receive Kedushah like angels. They will go between permanent angels who stand in front of Hashem, and go with them in their lives. In the future, his seed will have paths among the angels in the Beis ha'Mikdash.

1

3.

Mishnas R. Aharon 3, p.4: Angels are called Omedim, for they do not rise in level 1 .

1

Mishnas R. Aharon: This is why Hashem did not desire their Shirah [which merely praises Hashem] when His creations were drowning in the sea. He gave Ru'ach ha'Kodesh to. Bnei Yisrael to sing Shirah then, for their Shirah strengthens their Emunah and perception of Hashgachah.
