Rashi: The verse is abbreviated. It did not say whom. It is the One who can do so! Ibn Ezra - i.e. the One who opened the womb.

Malbim: The night of his conception. It knew that the Ma'arachah will cause the child to have bad Mazal - it should have blocked conception! This is why he cursed the night!

What are "Dalsei Vitni"?

Rashi: The doors of the womb that I left. Had He done so (I would not have been born, and) He would have hidden misery from my eyes.

Ibn Ezra: It is the navel, via which food comes to the fetus before it is born.

3.

Malbim: It is [walls of] the womb, into which semen entered.
