What is "Schi [u'Ma'os]"?

Rashi: It is phlegm, Ni'a, like Kicho v'Ni'o (Nidah 55b). It is called Schi, for it is Nisach (uprooted) from the lungs and leaves via the throat.

Ibn Ezra: This is like "v'Sichesi Afarah" (Yechezkel 26:4). You moved 1 us [among the nations], and [made us] despised [to them].

Rid: This is like "va'Tehi Nivlasam ka'Suchah" (Yeshayah 5:25).

Ri Kara: Schi is moving, like "v'Nisachtem me'Al ha'Adamah" (Devarim 28:63). The Targum is v'Titaltelinun.

What is the tense of "Tesimenu"?
