Rid: This is like "va'Tehi Nivlasam ka'Suchah" (Yeshayah 5:25).
Ri Kara: Schi is moving, like "v'Nisachtem me'Al ha'Adamah" (Devarim 28:63). The Targum is v'Titaltelinun.
