Rashi: Yonason translated like two words, and the Shin is part of each (Parash Shadonah)

Radak: This is difficult. The next verse says "va'Yetzei Ehud." This implies that here, we do not discuss where he went! The Targum is primary (refer to 3:22:4:1).
