What is the significance of "Ne'um ha'Gever l'Isi'el l'Isi'el v'Uchal"?

1.

Rashi: Ha'Gever is Shlomo. He said this Masa about himself due to Isi'el, He relied on his Chachmah to increase gold, horses and wives, which the Torah warned about. Amar Isi'el v'Uchal - I can increase wives, and they will not veer my heart. I can increase gold, and I will not veer. I can increase horses, and I will not return the nation to Egypt. Because he said Isi'el (Kel is with me), I can do (increase) and I will not stumble. L'Isi'el is like Al (about) Isi'el, just like "va'Amar Pharaoh li'Vnei Yisrael" (Shemos 14:3) means Al Bnei Yisrael.

2.

Malbim: This is what Agur answered two Chachamim who asked him. Once, Isi'el asked him, and once Isi'el and Uchal asked him.
