2)

What is the significance of saying "Mi Hashem"?

1.

Rashi: I.e. there is no Elokim.

3)

How will he seize "Shem Elokai"?

1.

Rashi: He will get accustomed to swearing falsely in His name.

2.

Malbim (according to the Nimshal): One whose intellect is weak, he will 'steal' and put Hashem's name on natural power or stars, and serve idolatry. Therefore, the middle path is best. He does not breach his Sechel more than the Emunah fixed in the Torah, and believes in everything that the Torah, which Hashem gave, taught to him.
