1.

'Rashi': He spoke consolation to encourage and help them sing.

What is the meaning of "ha'Maskilim Sechel Tov la'Shem"?

1.

'Rashi': Sechel applies to Shirah, like "Shelemyah u'Zecharyah Vno Yo'etz b'Sechel..."

3)

How did they eat the Mo'ed?!

1.

Radak: They ate the Korbanos of the Mo'ed. Malbim - the Rambam (Hilchos Chagigah 2:14) says that it is a Mitzvah to give meat of Shelamim of Simchah to Leviyim more than to anyone else, for they have no portion in Eretz Yisrael (only cities), and they do not receive Matanos of meat.

4)

What is the meaning of "Misvadim la'Shem"?

1.

'Rashi': They are Modim (thank) Hashem for the miracle that He did for them. Todah is offered for a miracle 1 .

Malbim: How could they offer Todah, with which Chametz is brought, during Pesach?! 'Rashi' must hold that this was Pesach Sheni, which may not be eaten b'Tum'ah. This justifies "Achlu... b'Lo cha'Kasuv" (18). This requires investigation (refer to 30:18:2:1*). (If a Hora'as Sha'ah permitted Todah during Pesach, Chazal should have said so! - PF)
