What is the significance of rising while it is still night?

Rashi (31, according to the Mashal): They rise before damn.

Malbim (Derech ha'Muskal): It is in this world, that the spiritual and intellect light is covered in darkness. Physicality and its natures darken the light of Sechel and understanding of the Neshamah. Even so, she rises from the sleep of physicality.

What is "Teref"?

1.

Rashi: It is food.

2.

Rashi (31, according to the Mashal): It is learning Torah. Malbim (Derech ha'Muskal) - this is the food of her household, i.e. the powers of Sechel and Binah.

What is "Chok l'Na'aroseha"?

1.

Rashi: It is the ration of food fixed for them.

2.

Rashi (31, according to the Mashal): The Rebbi teaches to his Talmidim their quota.

Malbim (Derech ha'Muskal): It is fulfilling Mitzvos - the laws given for conduct of physicality and its natures, which are Na'aros of the Nefesh. They serve it in its Kadosh service.
