Here it is called a Mofes, In Sefer Melachim II, 20:8 it is called an Os!

Malbim: Here Ezra calls it a Mofes, to teach that it was a proper miracle; the sun's course was altered, unlike Ralbag (Melachim II, 20:10) and others who say that only the shade moved.
