Rashi, Seforno and Targum Onkelos: It means that Yosef's land will be blessed via the goodwill and favor (directly - Seforno) of the One who revealed Himself to Moshe at the burning bush. ¹

Zevachim, 118b: 'When they came to Shiloh, the Bamos became forbidden and Kodshim Kalim and Ma'aser Sheini could be eaten as far as one could see, as the Torah wrwites "u'Retzon Shochni Sneh" - 'The eye which did not want to benefit from what was not his (Potifera's wife), will merit to eat in the portion ² of those who hated him. ³

Rashi and Ramban: It is as if it had writtem "u'me'Retzon ¹ Shochen S'neh" - 'and his land is blessed from the goodwill of Hashem who dwelt in the Bush. ²

Rashi and Seforno: It means 'All of these will come on to the head of Yosef'.

Targum Yonasan: It means 'All of these B'rachos will gather and form into a crown of greatness on the head of Yosef'.

Rashi and Targum Onkelos: '... on the skull of the one who was separated from his brothers (when he was sold' - Rashi).

Seforno: Refer to 33:16:1:1*. It means that he deserved this because be wore the crown of kingship among his brothers, yet he behaved towards them piously.

Targum Yonasan: It means ' ... on the skull of the man who was a master and a ruler in the land of Egypt and who was careful to safeguard the honor of his brothers'.

Rosh (in Pasuk 15): "N'zir Echav" means 'the leader of his brothers'.
