What is "va'Ya'amod ha'Melech Al Amdo"?

'Rashi': This is an expression of Nitzavim (standing). Radak ? it says in Melachim II, 23:3 "ha'Amud". I.e. he stood on his feet, near the pillar.

Radak citing Targum Yonasan: It is platform on which the king stands in the Beis ha'Mikdash.

Why does it say "b'Chol Levavo uv'Chol Nafsho"?

'Rashi': This is like it says there (refer to 34:30:1:1) "v'Shavta? b'Chol Levavcha uv'Chol Nafshecha" (Devarim 30:2).

Why does it say here "b'Chol Levavo uv'Chol Nafsho", and in Melachim II, 23:3, "b'Chol Lev uv'Chol Nefesh"?
