What is the meaning of "Ach Ki Somar Lo Seshurenu"?

1.

Rashi: Your scream is due to Him (you want to debate about your afflictions). Others com1plain and scream about oppression, and He does not answer them immediately. All the more so, He will not answer you immediately!

2.

Ibn Ezra: Even though you say that you cannot see Him...

3.

Malbim: You say that you do not see Him, i.e. that he oversees to do justice for the oppressed. Refer to 35:14:2:3.

2)

What do we learn from "Din Lefanav u'Scholel Lo"?

1.

Rashi: Judgment is in front of Him, wherever He is - hope for consolation!

2.

Ibn Ezra: "U'Scholel" is from the root Chil, also in "Dom la'Shem v'Hischolel Lo." Bear the fear for His sake.

3.

Malbim: The truth is, Din is in front of Him, to do justice in the land. You were created to be a Shali'ach to do Din against those who rob and murder Aniyim! I.e. it is in the nature of your creation to fight against those who annul laws and disturb Shalom in the land. Elihu also intended for Iyov himself - he was a judge, and greater than all people of the east. He was proper to eradicate the oppressors and plunderers, and fight them, together with those who obey his command.
