Why does it say "v'Holachti"?
Radak: When I will take them out of Galus, I will lead them on the way and bring them to you [mountains].
Malbim: It will be unlike Bayis Sheni, in which people returned by themselves, and not all returned. I will lead them, take them out of Galus, and bring them to Eretz Yisrael.
What do we learn from "Es Ami Yisrael"?
Malbim: They will be My nation via My Hashgachah over them.
Why does it say "Aleichem" (plural), and "vi'Yreshucha v'Hayisa" (singular)?
Radak: The latter apply to each mountain.
What do we learn from "v'Hayisa Lahem l'Nachalah"?
Malbim: Nachalah is permanent inheritance; they will not be expelled again.
What is "Leshakelam"?
Rashi: To expel your residents from you. This is called Shikul (bereaving).
