How does it not believe the sound of the Shofar?

Rashi, Ibn Ezra 1 : It rejoices (Malbim - rushes) so much to go to war, as if it does not believe that the Shofar is truly a sound of war.

It seems that both explain so, especially if the text of Ibn Ezra says 'Yismach'. (PF)
