1)

Why does it say "v'El Ami"?

1.

Radak: This is like v'Al Ami. Similarly, "va'Yach Es ha'Pelishti El Mitzcho" (Shmuel I, 17:49) is like Al.

2)

What is the meaning of "Yadu Goral"?

1.

Rashi: This is like "va'Yadu Even Bi" (Eichah 3:53; they threw).

2.

Radak: They cast lotteries among themselves about Yisrael - this will be yours, and this mine (Malbim - who will take them for slaves). This is like "Leyados Es Karnos ha'Goyim" (Zecharyah 2:4). It should say Yeyadu; because the two Yudim are adjacent, the Yud of the root is omitted, and its vowel is placed on the Yud of the conjugation.

3)

How did they give "ha'Yeled ba'Zonah [veha'Yaldah Machru va'Yayin]"?

1.

Gitin 6b: This refers to people of Bavel who come to Eretz Yisrael (to learn, and leave their families in Bavel; the boy must work for food).

2.

Radak: They gave a child for a Zonah's wage. Malbim - this shows how disgraced Yisrael were in their eyes!
