Radak #1: They will return to their land, even though they were exiled far from it.
Radak #2: Their children will return.
Radak #3: Both they and their children will return - they in Techiyas ha'Mesim, and their children at the time of the salvation.
How will Hashem return their Gemul on their heads?
Radak (6, 8): They sold Bnei Yehudah - later, Bnei Yehudah will sell them to Sheva'im, who are very far from their land, more than Yavan is [from Eretz Yisrael]. Shva is southeast of Eretz Yisrael.
Malbim: When the Yevanim came and destroyed Tzor and Tzidon, they brought their sons and daughters to Yavan. There, the Yehudim exiled there (via Bnei Yavan) bought them and sold them to Bnei Sheva, a distant nation, to distance them from their border. It turns out that they were punished via the same Yehudim that they sold, and in the same Midah that they did evil to them!
