What are "Shidafon" and "Yerakon"?

Rashi (Devarim 28:22): They are parched by the east-wind, and dried and turned straw-yellow, respectively.

Will they be stricken with Shidafon and Yerakon at the time that rain is withheld from some cities and locusts are sent?

Radak: No. This will be in another year when there will be rain [everywhere]. They will lack food for a different reason. Another year locusts will eat the Peros ? and still they did not repent!

Malbim: Hashem sounded the Shofar a third time and brought a worse hunger ? the grain was stricken, and locusts ate the tree fruits.

What is "Harbos Ganoseichem"?

Rashi: You engage in increasing your gardens. Radak ? what will it help to increase planting gardens, vineyards, fig trees and olive trees? Locusts will eat them! Even so, "v'Lo Shavtem Adai"!

4)

This Parashah is in past tense. Why does it say "Yochal" (future)?

Rashi: It means Achal.
