Why does it say "ha'Enosh me'Eloka Yitzdak"?
Rashi: This is said in astonishment. Malbim - it is impossible for a person to be totally Tzadik in his judgment, for he cannot complete the Avodah and thanks that man owes to G-d. (a) Due to His grandeur, man must have the ultimate fear and humility. One cannot say that he fulfilled this enough!
Devar Eliyahu: Iyov had two complaints. (a) The giver, as if Hashem does unjustly to him. Hashem replied via Nevu'ah, Enosh (a low level) cannot justify himself even more than an angel, who is called Eloha, and all the more so not more than the Creator! Also refer to 4:17:2:2.
Why does it add "v'Im me'Osehu Yit'har Gaver"?
Rashi: Can a man purify himself more than his Maker?!
Devar Eliyahu: Iyov complained also about the recipient, as if Hashem does not recognize the purity of his heart - he was "Tam v'Yashar vi'Yrei Elokim" (1:1). Hashem replied, I created you and formed your heart. Surely I know its nature - "ha'Yotzer Yachad Libam ha'Mevin El Kol Ma'aseihem." Man cannot be more Tahor than Hashem knows!
Malbim: Man received so many benefits from Hashem - He created him with the ultimate beauty and perfection. This obligates great Avodah. Man cannot fulfill it due to the lowliness of his physicality.
