What is the meaning of "Koshel Yekimun Milecha"?

1.

Rashi: Often, your words raise one who stumbled.

2.

Devar Eliyahu: Iyov used to help all who stumbled, both in spiritual matters (refer to 4:3:3:2) and in worldly matters (one who cannot finance himself). "Koshel" is one who lost all his property; Iyov raised him.

3.

Malbim: Via your complaints, many will take Musar from you to justify Shamayim's Din.

What is the meaning of "Birkayim Kore'os Te'ametz"?

1.

Devar Eliyahu: "Birkayim Kore'os" lost their property. The knees support and finance Chachamim. When they bend to fall, and want to cease supporting Chachamim, because they lost their property, he invigorated them. "Te'ametz" is bodily strengthening. He would strengthen one who began falling - after falling, it is very hard to raise him (Rashi Vayikra 25:35).

2.

Malbim: People who stumbled in Emunah will recognize that all His ways are just.
