Rashi: Here, "Ki" means rather. We alone will build it. Ibn Ezra - "Yachad" hints to all of Klal Yisrael.

Malbim: "Elokei Yisrael" hints to special Hashgachah Pratis over Yisrael without an intermediary. We do not join anything to Him, unlike you. Also, you think that He is Elokei ha'Aretz, and all are partners in serving Him. No - He is Elokei Yisrael. He chose Yisrael to be His Segulah. He is not Elokei Nochrim who dwell in the land.
