What is "ha'Sha'ar ha'Darom"?

Rashi: It is the southern gate of Chatzer ha'Penimi. Radak ? it is as if it says ha'Deromi. We find Semichus with the prefix Hei ha'Yedi'ah, e.g. "ha'La'ag ha'Sha'ananim" (Tehilim 123:4), "ha'Mamlachos ha'Aretz" (Yirmeyah 25:26).

What do we learn from "ka'Midos he'Eleh"?

Malbim: Also this gate was 10 wide and 13 long, just like the wall of Ezras Yisrael was 13 wide.
