Seeing as the Torah describes the travels in detail in Parshas Bamidbar, why does it insert this Pasuk here?

Oznayim la'Torah: Presumably, So that, when Yisrael would see the cloud departing, they should not worry know that the Shechinah was taking leave of them, but that they were about to break camp.
